In Delhi right now.....Kingfisher airlines on strike for the next 3 days at least.....staff not been paid since MARCH in
some cases.......huge losses........basket case??

India's Kingfisher Airlines faces a potentially prolonged shutdown until the cash-strapped carrier clears a salary backlog going back months.
Kingfisher Airlines will ground its fleet for another week after failing to resolve an impasse with staff over salaries that have gone unpaid for seven months, deepening the crisis at what was once India's number two carrier.
I think it'll be longer than a week.
I think they are toast. Or naan.
Their operators licence may be withdrawn very
shortly according to a report in the paper in Mumbai as of yesterday.....so not looking at all
good . Shame if true....
They had very specific recruitment requirements for the F/A's ....how many will return to the catwalk and the Bollywood studios I wonder??

Looks like the Calendar that's just been finished will be last hurrah for the Kingfisher F/A's which is a great shame.......
