Not that I'm looking a gift horse in the mouth, but where did a 10,000 mile bonus come from? I know it's from the US Airways credit card. My statement said US WORLD CARD: EVERYDAY 50% BONUS. Since last July (coming up on one year), I got the 40,000 mile sign up bonus. I spent $2900 on the card.

Can you help figure this out?

Just thinking out loud, I wonder if they'll pull the miles when I cancel the card. :D

I know for a fact that Southwest doesn't. Yes. I know. 2 different banks.

Yes, many of us have the version of the card that gives 10,000 miles each anniversary. I doubt they will claw the miles back if you cancel, but then again, I'm not Barclay's ;)

I cancelled and kept the miles. No issue at all.
