    Fortunately, most of my experiences at JFK have been pretty good.

    Unfortunately, due to a printing error, the training materials actually say "Neutralize Customers", leading to a rash of full-body tackles of people attempting to get their luggage off the carousel.

    Perhaps he means no experience at JFK has risen to the level of merely bad.

    I fly out of JFK quite often and don't find it to be any worse than an other US airport I have flown out of. I am satisfied as a whole from the service I have received.

    I seem to have pleasant experience there, from CBP, Counter Agent, TSA, Lounge Agent, and so forth. So I have no complaints..
