It'll be live within 1 hour. I'll add details when they go live.

Europe’s holiday season is best celebrated outdoors: In Vienna, town squares fill with colorful festive markets, the grand boulevards in Paris glow with neon lights, ice rinks pop up all over London and the smell of gingerbread and mulled wine wafts through Prague’s streets. You can experience all of this and more with our specially curated European getaways in partnership with British Airways. As well as flights at a special rate in the World Traveller Plus (premium economy) and Club World (business class) cabins, we’ve also organized special-rate stays at 11 chic urban pads including Maison Moschino in Milan, the Dylan in Amsterdam and the Langham and Corinthia Hotels in London. Just don’t forget your winter warmers.

Did a quick search out of JFK.. $699 each way on WT+ for the next 3 months, plus the obligatory taxes and fees -- $122 + 212 per adult.

Pricey, but it's "cheap" compared to buying it without the discount. Still, you can't help but wonder if you can find a better deal with some creative routing from the Trick It thread. :)

Does the "not combinable with any other offer"language preclude using miles to upgrade?

I don't see any language about not being eligible for mileage upgrades. If they book into the appropriate fare class, then I'd assume it wouldn't be a problem. I'll give them a call to see.

Some airlines consider mileage upgrades to be an offer.

I'm shocked that they're not miles upgradable...that changes the entire offer.
