JAL to install winglets on its international 767s

    Turns out JAL has plans to install winglets on its international 763 fleet to improve fuel efficiency. All of JAL's 763 were delivered without winglets. JAL originally planned to start the installations in April but now the plan might be delayed due to the 787 grounding

    Also JAL will delay the retirement of 2 763's because of the 787 grounding too.

    great skyrockers continue, but we get winglets :rolleyes:

    they might install new seats at the same time. These planes most likely will be used on long and mid haul routes, e.g. YVR and HNL

    So the new seats on 763 might be delayed now too
