It's been 3 days since I checked out. I don't recall it taking 3 days for points to post on previous stays. Is this normal? I have limited Marriott experience.

    Thanks.

In our limited experience, they needed between 2 to 4 days to post our stays!

I am wondering if something weird is going on with my account. After 4 days a stay posted but it only had 46 points and no stay credit. The next night in a different hotel has never posted. I faxed the receipts after ten days, and still nothing. Anyone else having this experience?

You should call back and have them look into it. My last Marriott stays were two one nights on a Friday and Saturday and by Tuesday both had posted to my account.

It has been almost 2 weeks since my last stay and nothing has registered. I guess it's time to dust off the ol' fax machine

Or you can scan the portfolio/invoice and attach it to an e-mail. Works well for me, and no fax cost.

    https://www.marriott.com/suggest/suggest.mi

This link brings you to page that allows you to "submit" an e-mail; missing stay is one of the options for the "Topic" of your email.

Oh, right, that won't let you attach anything. A while back I asked a question that way. The reply came from "elite.member@marriott.com" I replied to that address and received a response, so it may be worth a shot.
