It takes thousands of voices to get airlines to change
While this article largely talks about recent events with Spirit, it got me thinking about how much does it take to get an airline (or any company) to listen and respond to customers' concerns? Be it baggage fees, refunding tickets, seat assignments, frequent flyer programs, etc.

There has been a great deal of discussion regarding possible changes to DL SkyMiles into a revenue based programe, angst over changes at UA since the merger, etc.

So, how DO we get the airlines to listen?
