Not that this problem will be long-lived given the mash-up next week but...

I've been crediting my US flights to CO to get the 500 mile minimums. This week, I noticed that CO is no longer listed as an option when adding a FF number at the kiosk. I tried putting "-CO" in anyways but the boarding passes listed my CO# with "-UA" and no star gold. CSR was able to add "-CO" and star gold with no problems.

I REALLY hope 500 mile mins on US stick around after 3/3. Generally I have a rule to only fly US on <500 mile segments!

Oh, darn. The "Premier members earn a minimum of 500 base miles on all purchased fare classes" that's listed for some airlines (e.g. Lufthansa) isn't listed for USAir on the preview site...

It does look like the combined program is eliminating the 500-mile minimum for USAir flights that CO had. I'll be rather annoyed if that's the case, because I fly a significant number of less-than-500-mile flights on USAir.
