Is it possible to drop YQ on BA award?

    Crazy question but has anyone reading the bowels of FT found a way to drop the YQ on a BA award? I have enough AA miles for 3 RT to europe in March but I need to use my Avios for the 4th ticket.

    I only know it is or was possible to avoid it on Brazil outbound due to Brazilian law.
