Is gruntled the opposite of disgruntled?

    Lots of negativity about AA on the board this week so I thought I'd share some happy thoughts.

    Last week AA upgraded me LHR to ORD. The flight was great, the food was nice, and the FA's were just awesome.

    This week I flew AA, DL, and US. AA was the best flight, and everything about the AA/US integration went smooth - I boarded early, I got access to the US club, etc. The DL flight was late, and very crowded in the back.

    Then yesterday I was supposed to fly AA ORD/FSD. AA called Wed afternoon to tell me the outbound was cancelled. I cancelled the whole trip, the rebooked via UA. Yesterday mid day I called AA and asked for ORC. The Aadvantage agent said they didn't have to give ORC since the cancel was due to weather, but she gladly did it anyway.

    I guess you can call me a happy satisfied customer. Not as exciting as a ranting complaint, but true none the less.
