Every time I try to price an itinerary I get a error message. Way to start the day, United!
I just priced something out no problem.
N problems for me either.
Still not working for me. I tried logging out, clearing my cache, checking different dates/itineraries and using an older version of Explorer (don't have Firefox on this machine). Doesn't matter whether I search from the front page or the "shop for flights" page. The message I get reads

Without any "instructions", of course.
User error, no doubt.
Awesome, it's all my fault.
Working fine for me. I did have some issues ticketing a held itinerary, but logging out and back in "fixed" the issue.
