Just an FYI for those who either like or have to use Internet Explorer. IE will be available for download on 3/14/2011 at 9PM PT.
I don't use it except for processing my payroll (ADP does not like other browsers).

Is it still set up to NOT work on XP? My netbook is still running XP.

    Here's their answer:
Sorry, Microsoft, but XP is a much better OS than Vista, and I don't see any convincing reason to go through the expense and hassle of buying and installing Win7. So, I'll run Firefox, thank you very much.

They want to force revenue by forcing people to buy a new OS. However, I say, if it ain't broke, don't fix it.

I've been using IE 9 for some time now and I have no complaints. Very stable but nowhere as fast as Chrome. Unfortunately, one of our products at this time requires IE.

I hate that so many corporate systems rely on IE — but most of the time they're just stupid checks and you can get around this by spoofing the browser to believe its IE, I do this quite successfully through Safari's developer mode.

I tried doing spoofing with ADP for my company's payroll but the spoof did not work on my Mac. [IMG]
