Mr. Silver Springer and I would be interested in going to dinner Friday and Saturday night with others. Any ideas for great Pacific Northwest seafood nearby? We don't have a car but could do taxi or light rail with others.

Yes! I am interested. First visit to Seattle so I do not have any recommendations.

Assuming you don't find someone with a car, light rail is a convenient 40 minute ride to downtown Seattle.

Specific places walkable from Westlake that come to mind (in no particular order): Dahlia Lounge, Lola, Serious Pie, Eliott's Oyster House, Umi Sake House, Shiro's, Barolo, ART.

I'm up for going out for dinner too. I don't have a car either, but do have a pretty good grasp of the light rail system.

I'm interested. No car, though. Just sitting at the bar waiting for my room.

Sure would be up for downtown Seattle, particularly for tomorrow night--we are there now having spent the night at the Hyatt Olive 8 and will be taking light rail back to airport soon to check in at Marriott.

Is there any place nearby for dinner? I spent the day downtown as well. Would rather not go back again tonight.

Unfortunately, SeaTac near the airport isn't really the peak of fine dining. That being said, there are a couple of OK places within reasonable walking distance (or maybe the hotel shuttle if you don't feel like walking a half mile+):

    13 Coins
    Sharps RoastHouse

(I'm a native and will be coming down to pick up my badge and do cocktails, I wouldn't mind doing a birds of a feather meal with folks.)

Still open for company? Sounds fun. I'm solo and flex on time. Staying at Marriott.
