When you insert a bbcode table into a conversation there is about 4-5 inches of white space between the conversation text and the top of the table. This makes it less usable since the narrative can not be viewed with the conversation. It also happens in the treads as you can see in this post. Thanks

Example table (This line should be near the table):
    [table]
    [tr] [td] LenderCount[/td] [td] LenderLoanCount [/td] [/tr]
    [tr] [td] 89 [/td] [td]a. zero loans [/td] [/tr]
    [tr] [td] 106 [/td] [td]a1. one loan [/td] [/tr]
    [tr] [td] 85 [/td] [td]a2. two loans [/td] [/tr]
    [tr] [td] 94 [/td] [td]b. less than 5 loans [/td] [/tr]
    [tr] [td] 107 [/td] [td]c. less than 10 loans [/td] [/tr]
    [tr] [td] 106 [/td] [td]d. less than 25 loans [/td] [/tr]
    [tr] [td] 53 [/td] [td]e. less than 50 loans [/td] [/tr]
    [tr] [td] 54 [/td] [td]f. less than 100 loans [/td] [/tr]
    [tr] [td] 45 [/td] [td]g. less than 250 loans [/td] [/tr]
    [tr] [td] 46 [/td] [td]h. less than 1,000 loans [/td] [/tr]
    [tr] [td] 15 [/td] [td]i. less than 3,000 loans [/td] [/tr]
    [tr] [td] 6 [/td] [td]j. less than 8,000 loans [/td] [/tr]
    [tr] [td] 3 [/td] [td]k. 8,000 loans or more [/td] [/tr]
    [/table]

Thanks iolaire. This issue has been raised and discussed previously, and is still under review pending an update to the software that would correct the behavior. A workaround is offered in the other thread, though it's admittedly less than the perfect solution.
