Innovate Our Reservation Process

  1. Please explain why, after signing in to goldpassport.com, you are always forced to fill in the reservation info. The form is already populated with your email address, GoldPassport #, even Travel Agent #. How difficult can it be to also have name, address, etc already filled in??

    My name, address, etc are always already filled in :)

    My info is populated as well.

    Have you double checked to make sure all that info is filled out in your account profile?

    My info is *always* there. I never fill anything out.
