While BA have made some upgrades in their web search for booking flights with Avios over the past several months, I can no longer locate the provision to "Include Partner Airlines" in the search for flights. I have read of others using this option recently, so it must still exist. Can you help me find it, please? Thanks!

Those flights are now included automatically with every search.

No special option anymore. If the partner flights are there they show up beneath the BA options on the results page. In the top-right is an option to change the sort so you can see all the options integrated if you want.

This is a JFK-LHR search which shows both AA and BA results:

How about getting AB / IB options display?

    cant get it to work
and attempted calling BA, and after 45 min hold just gave up.
Do they want me to stop accumilating Avios, since cant use them?

Nope...they want you to continue accumulating them. Whether you use them or not is less a concern. ;)

ok, after more research , trying to avoid BA, and go with AB

System wont allow it for transatlantic, so offered TLV- FRA with AB no problem, but FRA/MUC etc only via LHR for $350 visit tax + all other fees and miles. anyone knows how to get full itenirary
without a stop at LHR? No BA?

Read lots of complaints about BA Avios - hope someone here can prove it wrong

    TIA

Try searching via the Qantas or American Airlines sites for the Air Berlin segments. You might need to phone it in to get the booking done but it is an option.

You only have to pay the UK Air Passenger Duty if you are starting a journey at a UK airport. If you fly to LHR from somewhere and connect to somewhere else on the same ticket, APD is not payable.
