Impressive Customer Service

    I sent in a suggestion for a new account type to be supported in the system. I received a personalized reply back (kind of expected, always appreciated) at the time discussing the account. Later when they added the account, they sent me an email again letting me know account type had been added. That one was not expected, definitely appreciated and I believe shows a very positive focus on customer service. Thanks!

    Same experience here. I got an email a few weeks after I suggested a program to say that it's now available. Now I'm just waiting for them to act on the three other suggestions I sent them. :)

    My last suggestions was for a somewhat obscure program, and they replied by email saying I was the first to request it and it wasn't very likely to be implemented. I actually appreciate that they're so upfront and honest about it. So well done! (we really need a thumbs-up emoticon here.)

    AW customer service is perhaps one of the best out there. I haven't had a single request or an email unanswered.

    I have always found the folks at AW to be very receptive to suggestions. That's one of the reasons I have no problem paying for the upgraded service.
