    despite you booking the room at our website 6 weeks in advance :eek:

    because it is now an SPG hotel

    I have a big problem with this as it is an internal issue for IHG, nothing to do with me :mad:

    Call IHG and speak with a supervisor in customer support requesting a stay and point credit.

    they have since back-tracked and given me credit :eek:

    when IHG has changes like that, they need to eat the points and take care of their customers without any argument :confused:
