    1) Lahaina Grill... wow wow wow. Yes, it's pricey. But truly amazing food and superb service. Great location in Lahaina, so you can walk off that dinner a bit before heading back to your room.

    2) Mama's Fish House... another 5 star spot, on the side of the Island (not far from Kahuluhi). The seafood here is so fresh they tell you WHO caught it, WHEN it was caught, and WHERE! Yea.. I'm serious, its crazy good. Try to go right around sunset (make reservations!) and its an absolutely gorgeous view.

Very expensive, and worth every penny.

Hmmm. This place was opened originally by David Paul and is now owned by someone else. They even continued to call it David Paul's Lahaina Grill for a while. I haven't tried it since. David Paul opened a place on Front Street in Lahaina called David Paul's Island Grill in 2009 and we ate there. It was excellent.
