If your award miles haven't redeposited....

    Call and ask agent to look at your record. I believed the "two weeks" then "we're backed up it can be up to four weeks" BUT when an agent actually looked she saw the reservation had been canceled but NOT scheduled for redeposit! (don't know how this can happen......), right after she requested it my mileage balance showed the miles back in the account, even tho the transaction still doesn't show the credit in details.
    So if it's been a while.... do have someone look at the actual record;)
