I have a reservation at this hotel in October but when I tried to make changes it was no longer available and as of September 1 no further reservations are being taken. Rumour is it is becoming a Conrad but I cannot seem to confirm the change. This has only been an IC for about 2 years.

The best way is to write or call the hotel.
Apparently, it is not a good idea to make a reservation months in advance.
IHG sell and buy hotels very often, it seems.

Thanks. Now the IC London prices for that period are absurd but they are still taking reward reservations so I made mine on points. I am going to check with Hilton as well and see if they will honour the IC rate.

That's a big loss for IC as they put a lot of marketing effort into that property prior to its opening.
