Had a recent stay at this property. Clean room/bedding. Bed was ok comfort wise. Stayed in room facing the street in front of the hotel, quiet at night but busy in early morning/during the day. Windows/soundproofing is very good but suggest one ask for a room facing out of the back of the property, especially if you like to keep windows open at night like I do. Hotel is close to The Hospices de Beaune (Hôtel-Dieu de Beaune) and is very close to shopping, restaurants. Hotel breakfast in the morning was more than acceptable. Good croissants, bread, sliced deli meats & cheeses, coffee and FRESH orange juice machine. Unlike two other Ibis properties, there were not any Madelines or crepes. We paid 10Euro for overnight parking in the hotel's garage. A single lift/elevator goes from the basement garage to all floors of the hotel.
