I'll admit that although I make it a point of stopping by fast food joints to see the local options on the menu, I had to pass on the Taro pie and spam and rice for breakfast at McDonald's during my last trip to Hawaii.

This however seems promising and might warrant a look next time I'm in France... :)

I feel a chicken sandwich would go well with this too...

Too bad the bread in the picture looks nothing like a baguette. Actual baguettes, by the way, don't come from "suppliers", they come from bakeries. No doubt they'll do well though, I recall reading that France is McDonald's second-most-profitable country. The picture looks reasonably appetizing.

Though I would probably order this if it were available here in the US, I don't think it could get me to go into a McDonald's in France. Way too many other more delicious options.

Sandwich looks decent enough. I wonder if this is the Happy Meal toy in France? :p

clarify if you please, do you mean substitute cheese w/a different item/topping or substitute cheese w/a non-dairy cheese?
I was thinking more along the lines of a toy Citroën car

Cheese for cheese. Like swiss instead of the basic american. There is a thread on slickdeals about it, i believe. I do not know the specifics
