Just received an e-mail from Hyatt that our April reservation is being canceled due to the Hurricane. I have no problem with that and fully understand it. What I don't like is that we booked a 45% discount rate and we were not offered to re-book that rate at a later date. I don't think that would be an unreasonable request, especially for a Diamond member. I now have to get American Airlines to hopefully waive the ticket penalties to re-book another destination for April.
