The wife and I will often stay here before an early morning departure out of ORD. We only live about an hour north, but traffic can be horrendous, and it's usually a nice way to start off the vacation with a little extra sleep. It's a pretty standard business Hyatt. Small lobby, small bar/restaurant located off the lobby. We typically have a glass of wine and an appetizer. Food has always been decent and the wait staff very friendly. The hotel has been very good to us about upgrades...usually putting us in an end room that is more quiet. We were also upgraded to the Presidential suite once! See pics below! Wine from the bar and the apple compatible radio/clock. Bedroom of the Presidential Suite. View of living and dining room. One of two sets of full sized toiletries . Kitchen area, off of the dining area. Flat screen in the living room area. Central control for music and HVAC...nice touch. Master bath. Overall the Presidential suite is nice and spacious...certainly the PH Chicago, or a luxury hotel, but awfully nice for $89 and free parking!
