I assume that this is near Seattle and not thew Hyatt at the Bellevue in Philadelphia. [They might be spelled differently.]
I believe the one in PHL is a just a Hyatt not a Regency.
That's true now, but at one point it had a fancier Hyatt designation, so it's easy to confuse the name. IIRC it was the Hyatt Regnecy atop the Bellevue (reminiscent of Hotel atop the Bellevue in its previous incarnation as a Cunard hotel?) rather than Hyatt at the Bellevue.
Of course, all confusion could be avoided if everyone would just call it the Legionnaires' Disease hotel, which is how a lot of people unambiguously identify it. [It was a Fairmont at the time.]
I picked up legionella at the Millennium Biltmore hotel in L.A. in 2009. Wound up in the hospital for 4 days. Fun times.
The Philadelphia outbreak was the first big one and sickened hundreds of people. It was decades ago.
