Thank you! I have been expecting this all year. Not that I hate the Hacienda Del Mar property- but it is a trek from the airport, and the vibe is just different when compared to other "real" full service Hyatt hotels. Looking forward to stay there!

Is this the first Hyatt Place with a casino? (I've never stayed at the one in Vegas, so don't know if they have any slot machines in the lobby next to the self-service check-in machines)

I've only been to HP Vegas once, but if i remember correctly, there are no slot machines in the lobby. Though when I arrived there at around midnight, there were no "hosts" to be seen either for ~10-15 minutes.

Perhaps they were busy with the slot machines in the back, considering I didn't see either of them :p

Hyatt is not good in Puerto Rico, sooooooo many better places to stay.

Tip: the beauty of Puerto Rico is not in San Juan, get out and explore/stay elsewhere on the island.

So true better to go to Rincon. Or better yet Vieques or Culebra. Or even better to go to a different island like AUA, PLS, NEV, SXM, or GCM. SJU is my least favorite place in the Caribbean. If only it wasn't so good for MRs.
