    Hyatt Gold Passport is experiencing a system outage that inhibits the ability for Hyatt associates to access member accounts. During this outage, members will also be unable to log in to their online account and will not be able to make/change award reservations or purchase/transfer points. Members can make reservations during the outage by visiting hyatt.com or contacting their nearest Hyatt worldwide reservation center.

    We are working diligently to restore services as soon as possible and apologize for any inconvenience.
