Hyatt Customer Service Email Address?

    Hi all,

    I'm trying to email Hyatt customer service about a negative upgrade experience at a stay last week (who would have guessed, it's at the Andaz Napa). Anyway, I needed to include attachments (copies of my confirmation email, etc.), but the web-based email form at Hyatt.com does not provide this functionality. Does anyone know how I would go about sending in this information? Thanks
