    I recently saw Horrible Bosses which was funny at points. Just as all employees have felt this way about a boss at one point in time, bosses have also felt the same way about their employees.

    Obviously, Hyatt did the right thing in getting the manager who did this out. It doesn't speak well to the relationship that the manager had with those picketing employees if he/she was willing to do this to coworkers.

    I thought the manager who did this was scheduled to retire the day of the incident. He probably thought, "Screw it they can't do anything to me, I'm retiring today." He still shouldn't have done it, of course.
