    looking for tips.
I have a a very small balance that i would like to preserve so i need some kind of activity.
But i do not really want to waste MR points transfering them in.
Expiriation is july 1 so not a lot of time.
any free point situations? surveys? trivia things?

Assuming you are in Canada, buy $3 of gas at Esso.

If you are not from Canada, ask a nice MP'er to do it for you. (All they need is your AE number).

Yup. You can insert your AE card in the gas pump at the beginning of a self-serve transaction, then your cc, then fill up. You get 1 mile per $3 of gas purchased. That's enough activity to keep the account alive.

If you don't have your card with you, you can also pay the cashier and just give them your number verbally when they ring in the sale.

I think a donation counts as an Activity as well
or somehow buy some mile on Points.com? or transfer in

Otherwise Sobeys (retail grocery store), Esso

if you have more than 20K you consider a transfer out of AP into either AA or BA if you have an avion card. even a small balance could be good for a return trip to NYC, BOS or ORD from YYZ with r/t only being 9000 miles and low taxes for a temporary move to the US... there was a thread on this but guinessyyz (what ever the hell he calls himself) and his childish/senior antics had that shut down because he could not accept that he was dead wrong about this.

Do the Esso option as it's among the easiest IMHO.

I can provide chocolate wrapper code which you can enter on the Nestle website with your AE number to get around 10 miles which is also valid.
