I wonder there is a way to avoid this. There are so many people stepping on our legs/bags/food trays when we were sitting at the bulkhead seats. We told people and Mr. Nacho lift his legs up and people still 'hurdled' through.

It was in the extent that people woke us up (overnight flight) just to get past, and of course we said no. People stepped on our bags, trays etc.

    Any suggestions welcome.

    Thanks in advance!

Just wondering what route you were on... I haven't seen behavior like that before.

try spilling your drink on them as they pass by. they probably won't bother you again.

IST-HKG, ZRH-HKG etc. You don't notice these people unless you are sitting at those seats. Btw those people even tried to pass when the baby bassinet was on  Basically they don't care. It's rude and horrible and dangerous too (what if they fall during their 'crossing').

Forcefully stop them from coming through once. Works wonders even on people that do not understand the language.

I would go with a hot drink or if you don't want them to suffer red wine should get the point across.

Nah, Milk works much better. Can't stand the stuff myself, but I'd have a glass or two of it. Along with a cold beer. Or my good friend, whom I wouldn't spill, Jack. Yep, milk will let them remember you for quite some time.

Weird. I've never run into that issue. Maybe yelling at them in another language would help :)

Just don't yell at them in Arabic.

I say no and usually have a bag with nothing fragile that I block the 'passageway' and put my feet up on. I also have been fortunate enough to have the FAs announce early in the flight that passage is not allowed through the bulkhead seats. If they start to be put-out about it I state firmly that this is my space and point to the appropriate passageway.
The people doing this on the OPs flight were clearly in the wrong.

Too bad you have to stop doing what ever it is you're doing to do that. Reading, working, on a computer, sleeping, Ah sleeping. Yes, bout time for bed here, Sleeping, and having a bulkhead seat. And being disturbed. Hummmm.

Bear in mind that occasionally when the galley is busy the FAs will
instruct the pax to use the (often not so generous) bulkhead
    space as a passageway.

I have not had that occur.
I have had FAs point to a lavatory cut through when the nearby passage is not available.
