I know 9K is a good seat especially for sleeping, but does it have a window?
Is it cold near the exit row?
    Water dripping from the ceiling?
    Anything else to beware of?

Undecided between 9K and 12K. Sadly, the nose section is full. Please help! Thanks! :)

I would take 9K, the fully flat bed makes all the difference imo.
i wouldn't be too worried about the water dripping from the ceiling or the cold there.

12K. The issue I have with 9K is the constant banging of the bathroom door all night.

yeah but to choose between a slanted seat and a fully flat with some noise that earplugs + music can get rid off it's not even a choice for me... 9K all the way

Hmm.. well the slanted seat doesn't bother me- the odor and the noise do- but I guess that is the interesting part about milepoint- we all have our opinions. In any event, happy flying!

true to all it's favorite seats... but you're right about the odor though! much more disturbing than the noise... But unfortunately I just can't find any position to sleep confortably on a slanted seat. I wish I could! I would be so happy!

Maybe the OP is on one of the very flew 744s with Flynet.

Sadly, no such luck (and I think the route FRA-MCO that I flew will be the last one that gets planes with Flynet). The seat was very nice, I am glad I got it. Plus the service was slightly more personal, because the galley was nearby. The food was awful, but a different seat wouldn't have helped (except upstairs that is).

I am now completely healed from my addictions to high post counts, likes and status points [IMG]

It would have been very unlikely, because one of the aircraft with FlyNet2 (and currently the only one with PTVs) is presently stuck in Argentina after an encounter with birds:
