Since most of the programs don't allow transferring miles/points to other accounts in the same programs, how do the brokers buy and sell miles and points? Is it safe to do business with the brokers?

About as safe doing business with a drug dealer.

If a fish keeps its mouth shut it would never get caught...

For me it is a pass..

Kind of like a Bill will be waiting on you when you get off the plane, due to a set up...

    Who can you trust,

    The fish.

Start a Business and get shut down....loose a lot of money.
There are other ways to make money.
Airlines are always looking for people that do this.
    You've been warned!

I sold some WN, on EBay a few years ago, it had to have been a set-up.

WN sent me a letter, told me not to do it anymore,, I quit, real fast...

I have also heard of people getting stoped as they departed the plane, and required to purchase a ticket for the trip they just flew, and then the return...

The airline will set you up, and EBay will give them your name.

I know, it has happened to me,

Usually it works by you accruing a bunch of points in an account and then turning over complete control of that account to the broker. And if you get get caught, which does happen, expect to find yourself black-listed from the company going forward.

How about hotel points and credit card points? Are they more tradable and legit than airline miles?

Let me ask you, how many points are you interested in trading, and how much are you looking for.

All programs prohibit buying, selling and bartering/trading

    I hear an echo.
