I see that being a FF requires using screenshots now and then. I downloaded software someone recommended, but it was not for a mac.

Any ideas on how to do screenshots with a mac?

    Thanks in advance.

If you run chrome or firefox, install the pixlr grabber add-on, http://pixlr.com/grabber
With that you can grab any section of the screen and save it to your clipboard.

Oh, I know you are kidding me. No one would really think a PC is better than a Mac! Good one!

Thanks for all the answers. I use firefox because of the flash issue, so I am sure one of them will work.

Better than printing out a picture of my 5,000 AA mile palm paperweight.

Now for the bigger question- will we achieve peaceful co-existence between Israel and the Palestinians or peaceful co-existence between Macs and PC's first? I'm guessing the former is a much easier solution to achieve.

Do you truly need a screen shot or an do you need to have an "e-mail-able" version of a document (such as a mileage summary) as if that's what you need, you can always use the print command and then click on the "pdf" button in the lower left of the print dialog box and then "save as pdf"

Excellent! Glad the ideas were helpful ... :)

However, personally, I would have chosen something else to test my first attempt on :D ;) :p

    Have a great day SG!

If you hit the space bar after cmd+shift+4, you get a nifty little camera to emulate the M$ "Alt+Print Screen" effect, for individual apps, with a nice shadow effect around them on the resulting png.

Good point, print to PDF is great and I can't tell you how many promos I have stored as PDFs for fear that I'll need proof later.

Yup-and especially helpful if checking in on-line and you don't have access to a printer as if there are any "issues" ;) with your BP and/or seat assignment, you can always fire up the laptop to show the bp to an agent

Great idea...I like to email it to myself so I can just show my phone if need be.
