    Ask someone what they look for when booking a hotel and studies show cleanliness is at the top of the list. Now a Sioux Falls hotel is using a couple high-tech tools to satisfy those expectations.
    Best Western Empire Towers was one of the first hotels in the nation to implement phase two of the company's I Care program, which involves cleaning with a light.

    You might expect to see a black light in a night club, not being used to clean your hotel room. The Empire Towers is now one of the first in the nation to test out the new technique.

    "Best Western came to us because our service scores were a lot higher. We were able to roll in the program for free and they came in and inspected us and we became certified," Best Western Empire Towers General Manager Danyell Nelson said.

    The goal is to have the cleanest hotels in the nation. And to do that, Best Western is using two new gadgets.
