Did the "fake" SWAT team have real guns with real bullets?

Will not ever stay at that hotel. I've seen a lot of not-so-good things, but that's gonna rank very high on the "worst things done" list. Fire the staff and the GM

The Turk hotel should know better than to jest using a terrorist theme.
The British tour agencies should boycott this hotel.

The staff did their job, and as they want to keep their jobs so "they did what they had to do" I believe, of course management is a different matter.

Well said, I hope that the management of the hotel changes their entertainment offers, in regards to a boycott, this would only "hit" normal staff not management.
