If anyone wants a hotel in Delhi, do not book the Hotel Emperor Palms!
I've been there the last few days and it was like hell. The beds are hard as rock, there is no room service after all, power outages are common and they're trying to cheat you on the airport transfer:

On their website it is said that its for free. But they didn't tell you that this is only the case if you book the room directly via their booking engine.
As for bookings made by Ebookers/Expedia etc., they're charging you 1200INR. The cost of a normal taxi is about 400INR... But that's not all: I ordered the airport shuttle to collect me at the airport, nobody was there, I took a normal taxi and they charged me with the (non-existant) transfer at the check-out...

So, a warning again: Do not book Emperor Palms Hotel, better try another one...
