    We have people here who complain about, bad seats, bath rooms, bad service to get compensation, ...

    Here it was all about the response of the General manager on the hotels Facebook page. Of course, there will always be people complaining about something. All is good, as long it's real, and I mean by that a real reason to complain and not because they'd other motivations in mind.
