60days Hyatt Diamond Elite membership instantly

12 eligble nights within 60days after applying to the promo gives you status until FEB 2012.

If you apply for the promo as a HON Circle and Hyatt Diamond Elite, you will get after 12 eligble nights Hyatt Diamond Elite until FEB 2013.

    apply until 30.6.2011 Code HONQQ.

You don't actually need the code or have be HON+. If you have top tier in another program they will still provide the same challenge above to Diamond after you email your card and statement. You will also get the 4 confirmed suite upgrades and the status instantly.

I'm not too happy with the Hyatt and LH cooperation.
When I first made HON it was in April IIRC. I applied for the Hyatt Silver level via LH HON Circle and my status was upgraded.
However, the status only lasted for 10 months as after FEB of the following year I was downgraded again.
    Pretty useless IMHO.
I'll continue to play the SPG and HH game. Hyatt hust annoyed me with this.

But if you didn't use it, it is pretty clear that you lose your status.

Sorry, that's not a very helpfull answer. And no answer at all to the statement I made.
I was expecting to get at least 12 months of status. People who for example qualify for HON in October will under this system also lose their Hyatt Silver status end of Feb the following year. That's not a HON beneft IMHO.
And then when I wanted to stay at Hyatt the status was gone.
Had I known that I would lose the status again that early I could have made a more informed decision earl on in time.

But LH never published this little details. In that case I would have waited before applying...

I think it's a pretty generous offer, getting 12 stays should be easy offer. Hilton sure has a lot of crappy properties out there and it's the status that means the least to me

A little late now, as this seems to be a one time HON offer.

Thanks, but I've given up on Hyatt. I still have ca. 100k points there which I guess I'll burn sometime.

Jepp 12 nights. I called Hyatt. Which is a no brainer. My status will be extended until 02/13.

This is great for those who aren't top tier with other hotel programs. 12 nights is quite decent. I'll try this in a couple of months, after I qualify as HON.

Isn't Hyatt Platinum already included for HON? So the upgrade is really to Diamond level?

am I the only one who don't think it's a great offer?
Hyatt today still offer a Diamond trial offer to anyone who has top status with any other hotel chain (ie IHG platinum), and who spends 12 nights within the next 60 days of the status match.... Ok so as a HON you get the same offer anyone else has...
if it were a CC instead that would be a totally different matter, or continuous diamond status while you're HON.
