I think it would be very useful to have members' home airport(s) listed under the avatar.
I agree and support, but many of us are overprotective about our identity. Not me - it is YMHB or HBA depending which coding one prefers.
This was mentioned to Randy. It may be part of the official rollout.
Along with a flag too!
Sounds good, mine is ROK
If all else fails, you can paint both the flag and the airport on the avatar!
I see no problem at all with showing my "base airport" under my avatar and protecting also my identity!?
Around the most airports live more than just one person so whats the problem...
Maybe it will be a good idea to have the opportunity so each member can do it if he wants to do?
As an optional item, I like it (but can't reach the "like" button).
Home base is MOB
I like the idea of inclusion under Avatar
It is helpful, and would always be optional, since people can enter, omit, change or delete it in their profiles.
The ROK island line was a very good line...
That really does depend....
Are people referring to "Home Airports" as to the "Location profile" that should directly appear under the avatar?
That's my understanding. There is space in there for more info, but we don't know what Randy has planned for the future.
Also, since currently handles over 15 characters word wrap and take another line, it could get tangled if too much info is in there.
I see. Thanks!
Great idea... I like the airport link to google maps, too (probably by accident if you enter your airport as your location)!
