I'm new to HHonors, and so far I'm not impressed by them, especially their IT. I requested my new membership card numerous times and eventually after some struggle I got them to sent it. However I never received it - then I found out that it was posted to my old address! The most annoying is that a HHonors CS verified my address before sending it off, why can't they just send it to the address in my profile? Now that I realise why on earth the hotel credited the miles to the wrong FFP - I tried to change it when I checked into the hotel, but it didn't work. I can see my profile at HHonors and it displayed the info I updated - how come they still have my old info? What's the point of updating if they don't actually update your information?
