This is a very standard Hilton Garden Inn. Nothing remarkably good or bad.

Here are a few observations from my one-night stay:

    • There was no recognition of my diamond status, other than being asked. "Do you want you waters now or later?"
    • Their kitchen is only open in the morning for breakfast. While they offer room service in the evening, they in fact order delivery from an Italian restaurant down the street. The only on-site food in the evening is what's in the Pavilion Pantry.
    • There is a Ruby Tuesdays (casual dining in the TGI Fridays vein) which is about 100 feet from the entrance to the hotel.
    • Parking is easy and the area generally feels very safe.

I avoid HGIs like the plague because I do not like their beds. But the Hampton Inn essentially across the street (the main road anyway) has never had a room available for just 1 night on a weekend since I started playing the hotel game. Nearest options are 15-20 miles away in any direction.
