This hotel is accepting reservations starting July 2. I booked a winter sale rate last night for Sept 2015 (nonrefundable/no changes) and realized I messed up my dates. Initially, they said that there was nothing that could be done even thought it is less than 24 hours. The Diamond line did try to call the hotel, but no one answered....they thought it was due to the time zones, but it could be due to the fact the hotel is not open as a Hilton yet. They did not have an email address. Is there anyway to find someone I could email? Am I just out of luck?
