Tried some random dates in January and the hotel was available during the week and weekends for $20 Advance Purchase including all suites at the hotel.

I notice that this has now been posted on FT. Would be nice if that person gave credit where credit is due to the OP here.. ;)

I googled the deal and found the other thread. But I have no beef with FT.

I just looked at that and the cheapest I could get at that hotel in January is $79 for a Saturday night 1/7.

Reports on TOBB show that the dollar amount on your online reservation has changed. Of my 4 nights, two show an increase, this weekend and the next.

I have 1 night in Feb that has not changed yet. Sounds like this is about to get interesting. Please let us know how things pan out since you've got a res this weekend.

I have 3 nights in a Parlour Suite from Jan 27-29 that I won't be able to use. If anyone wants them let me know. Not sure if the hotel will let me add someone's name to the reservation though.

I checked in and out no problems and nobody mentioned anything about the rate. The Hill Country Suite is nothing special just a big parlor with dated furniture and a standard room attached. I will post a review and some pictures when I get home.
