HHonors website issues today?

    Anyone else experiencing issues with the HHonors (and affiliates) website functioning today? I've tried hotel reservation searches multiple times today on different browsers and it keeps timing out.

    I had reservation problems a few days ago and couldn't book. I submitted a report via the website but by the time they answered (a day later) it had been fixed.

    Even then I had problems with reservations not showing my HHonors #, even after editing them. I had to call them and have them add the info manually.

    It timed out once on me today. Other searches today were fine. I'm using Chrome.

    It's timed out a few times on my searches, logged me out (which wasn't happening nearly as much as it used to) and just been buggy in general. Not my favorite website to begin with. I guess I will try my searches in a few days.

    We booked a handful of properties today and had no problem at all booking them!:)

  7. The new beta booking site is horrible, won't let you log in. Has different prices than the old site ( and not for the better ). Have spoken with Hilton many times over the last few weeks about this issue

    The new site is quite terrible indeed... what I've found is that you have to log in multiple times sometimes, probably because they have parts scattered all over different places. In the end chances are that you'll be able to get around and do what you need to do, but it's a hassle most of the time.

    We simply switch back to the old website to book!:)

    Indeed, the new Beta Version is not working for us, it delivers problems where non should exist!:eek:

    I had some problems yesterday, website kept timing out and even cleaning my cookies did not work. Just switched over to the UK site. Never had this before. I hope that they will improve the site during this beta phase.
