Big surprise, but the Hilton website is having an issue. Tonight, when it prompts me to re-enter my password for the third time when booking a room, it says, "We're sorry we cannot access customer profiles at this time. We are temporarily experiencing technical difficulties. You may book your reservations without signing in. Be sure to provide your HHonors account number on the Guest Information page during booking." For such a big company, it is amazing how poorly their website works!
