    Caught the signs on the tube today, "The road to economic growth isn't a road, it's a flightpath."

    I agree with some of the comments on this article & others that Sir Branson can be a bit self-promoting, and perhaps there's some traction to the accusations that he's using this interview with the Telegraph as a publicity stunt....but can see his point on the pointlessness of investing in something the UK gov't just can't seem to do anything but dither on....

    Between APD increases and no growth at LON airports, the UK is not seemingly helping itself...

    Exactly! By the time the gov't gets its head out of its... (sorry), the sand...... all the "business" and "growth" they're dreaming of will have long since left.
