Guests at the Beverly Hills Hilton where Whitney Houston was found dead have claimed a refund saying that their stay was spoiled after the unfortunate event.

Those who were on the fourth floor, where the late star's room was, said that the entire floor was on lockdown over the weekend of February 11, after the legend's death.

They reportedly couldn't walk down the hallway without being asked for their key cards by security, to establish that they really were hotel guests.
