    I do think the travel-destination names in the families of the current and previous AAdvantage presidents is kinda cool. First we had "Maya," with Mrs. Leibman. And then, almost as if not to be outdone, they promote Suzanne Rubin, who says she likes Australia so much she had named her daughter "Sydney."

    Perhaps it was a "coincidence" that AA picked QF awards to be bookable before CX awards on AA.com

    Now if AA scraps the Boston Market "Food for Sale" domestic coach meals in favor for Tim Horton's products then I know they're hiring a genius comic in the AA boardrooms.
